We are located in Lawrencetown, Nova Scotia, steps away from Lawrencetown Beach known for excellent surfing and its natural beauty. Come and relax in your own private retreat and listen to the waves. The Trans Canada Trail is only steps away for walking or biking, 10 km in either direction, and we are located only 2 kilometers from the beautiful Heron's Nest Tea Room at MacDonald House where you can enjoy the hilltop view overlooking Lawrencetown Beach, while sampling yummy, homemade goodies. If you want to ride the waves, surf boards can be rented near by as well as canoes or you can shop in our area's many craft and antique shops.

Large, spacious, private two bedroom ground floor apartment suite with separate entry. Bathroom complete with shower and second half bathroom. One bedroom with a queen-size bed and second with a double bed. There are also two pull-out couches in the living room. Eat-in kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. Living-room is fully furnished and equipped with cable TV and electric fireplace. We are pleased to offer you wireless internet and a non-smoking environment to enjoy. Families and pets are welcome, parking available! Complimentary North American long distance calling included. Enjoy cooking breakfast in the comfort of your own suite with the ingredients provided or join us for a continental breakfast. We welcome pets (just request same) but may require $100 deposit. Cancellation policy, we require 48 hours notice to avoid forfeiting 20% of the amount of your booking.

Included in the published rate is 4 adults. (Maximum occupancy - 6 guests). Of the extra guests 2 may be an adult.
Cancellations:
Minimum 2 Days - We require any cancellation or date change to be made at least 2 days prior to your check in date to avoid forfeiting 20% of the amount of your booking.
Administration policy on refunds: This site's administration policy on refunds: 10% of the total paid+ $3.00 booking fee is non-refundable. Refunds on remaining balance to be negotiated directly w/property owner subject to their policy.

Reception Information:
We have a guest registration sheet to be filled out. You are provided with a key for the apartment. We give you a tour of the apartment.

Guest parking is in front of the kitchen apartment door.
Things to do:
Two bicycles available for your enjoyment during your stay. Bicycle/Walking Trans Canada Trail at the back of our property 300 meters to the 2 km beach. Patio, table and chairs and barbeque.
